Public Hearing: Local Law to Provide for a Tree Advisory Council 7pm

Please take notice that the Ulysses Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 7pm on a proposed Local Law to Provide for a Tree Advisory Council.
 
Access details for how to participate in the Public Hearing shall be posted on the Town of Ulysses website at www.ulysses.ny.us at least 24 hours prior to the date of the hearing. All persons wishing to comment in favor or against the proposed Local Law may attend the hearing or send comments in advance to the Town Clerk at 10 Elm St., Trumansburg NY 14886 or via e-mail to clerk@ulysses.ny.us by 5pm on Feb. 9, 2021.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the aforementioned time and place, all interested residents will be afforded an opportunity to submit written and oral comments in person or as represented by an agent.
