NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING- VARIANCE ON WILLOW CRK RD
 
Please take notice that the Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022 at 7pm for the purpose of hearing an appeal by Jason K. Demarest (representing Michael & Debbie Kamark, owners) regarding their property at 108 Willow Creek Point Rd; Tax Map # 18.-1-17.12. They are seeking an area variance from Ulysses Code §212-47 (E), minimum setback from Cayuga Lake in the LS Zone. The applicant is seeking to build a two story accessory building with a footprint of 440 square-feet that is 20’ from the side property line, where 50’ feet is required. The property is approximately 2.1 acres in size.
Should the NYS remote meetings law be repealed, the board will meet in person at 10 Elm St., Trumansburg. In this case, members of the public would be welcome to either attend in person or via Zoom at: https://zoom.us/j/96162758850, meeting ID: 961 6275 8850, or +1 646 876 9923 US.
