NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING- MINOR SUBDIVISION ON PERRY CITY RD
 
Please take notice that the Ulysses Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 7pm for a minor subdivision on Perry City Road.
Property owner John Hopple proposes to subdivide a single lot at the property located at 3300 Perry City Road (Tax Map # 26.-3-12). The property is approximately 96.91 acres in size and is located in the Agricultural/Rural Zone. The proposed lot is approximately 4.03 acres in size with ~465 feet of frontage on Perry City Road.
All persons wishing to comment in favor or against the proposed subdivision may attend the hearing or send comments in advance to Town Planner John Zepko at 10 Elm St., Trumansburg NY 14886 or via e-mail to zepko@ulysses.ny.us by 5pm on May 18, 2021.
 
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the aforementioned time and place, all interested residents will be afforded an opportunity to submit written and oral comments in person or as represented by an agent.
