Join the Museum of the Earth this National Fossil Day for a special virtual event. The Museum of the Earth will hold a virtual live program to celebrate all that is fossil-related. The virtual event will broadcast from the Museum's prep lab, and is appropriate for family viewing. The Prep Lab’s manager, Maureen Bickley, will lead you through the interesting fossils currently being prepared in the lab. Her guest, world-renowned Carnegie Museum of Natural History paleontologist Matt Lamanna, will discuss the dinosaur fossils presently in the lab and their history. Come join us for a fun hour discussing fossils! Ticket price for the virtual event link is only $5 for general purchase, and free for members.
